Jenny Scott

Jenny started her journey into fitness with herself – losing 60 pounds in 2009 with the help of a personal trainer. She has been certified ever since (13 years and counting) and has worked for health clubs, boutique studios, and privately as a personal trainer. She also found a love of sports performance as a high school and club volleyball coach and has since transitioned into youth, club, and collegiate strength and conditioning. Her sports performance company, We Ready, has become her baby and consumes a majority of her time outside of her role as a Senior Content Developer for ISSA!
