Jenny is a certified fitness professional of 16 years serving as the Senior Content Developer for ISSA as well as currently working with private clients both in person and online and specializing in sports performance. She coaches Arizona high school and club volleyball and owns and coaches for a youth sports performance company. As if that wasn't enough, Jenny also plays professional volleyball in the VLA (Volleyball League of America) and is an IFBB Pro Figure competitor!
