This session teaches gym owners, personal trainers, and fitness entrepreneurs how to strategically design low-barrier offers (LBOs) that attract qualified leads, build trust quickly, and convert trial members into long-term clients. Whether you're just launching or looking to boost member acquisition, this presentation gives you a repeatable framework to plug into your sales process.

Key Takeaways:

  1. LBOs lower the risk for potential clients while increasing the likelihood of conversion.
  2. A great LBO is simple, time-limited, value-packed, and aligned with your main offer.
  3. Don’t make your LBO free—commitment requires investment.
  4. Promote your LBO consistently and track your conversions.
  5. Your job isn’t done when they sign up—convert with great service, follow-up, and timing.
