Robin Lund is originally from Bismarck, ND and moved to Austin TX in 2006 with his wife and two sons. He holds a BA in Digital Animation. Robin has extensive experience in the fitness industry, from working in a family owned fitness delivery and service company in Anaheim CA to working for a leading fitness equipment manufacturer based in Chicago.
Robin has a lifelong passion for sports, playing high school and college basketball in North Dakota and now actively coaching youth basketball programs at a local Austin select basketball facility. In his spare time, Robin has been a workout enthusiast his entire life, enjoying activities such as basketball, running, and cross fit training. He first experienced HotWorx in the beginning of the 2020 pandemic and fell in love with the concept and workout.
