Marie Neuhaus had always been active. Growing up a dancer, she assumed she'd always be fit, but that wasn't the case. In high school & college, she worked hard, but partied equally as hard. When she stopped dancing in college, it was inevitable that the unhealthy lifestyle would catch up with her. After college, she held various management & sales roles but never felt like she was fulfilling her potential, personally or professionally. It was only after preparing for the United States Marine Corps Officer Candidate Program that she found her love of health & fitness. At that time, she experienced a body & life transformation. Once she left the Marine Corps, she knew she had to pursue a career in fitness. After holding various jobs in Corporate America, she left to pursue her passion as a Fitness Professional & in 2020, Marie Neuhaus became the Owner & Founder of Haus AF Fitness.
Marie prides herself on being a Fitness Coach, not just a Personal Trainer. She thrives on her clients' health & fitness epiphanies. She loves it when they prove to themselves that they can do amazing things with their bodies that they never thought possible! She's proud to work with clients who:

Marie is also a former Orange theory Coach & prior Marine Corps Officer. She's currently studying to be a Mind Pump Fitness Coach & in 2026, she hopes to earn her NESTA Nutrition Certification. She's also super passionate about mobility & the psychology of behavior change, so she's planning to earn certifications in these areas as well.
