Christina D. Wright is a seasoned wellness professional and educator with more than 25
years of experience helping people build strength, resilience, and healthy habits. She
holds certifications as a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Behavior Change
Specialist, and currently leads the 12-week Wellness Program at MAPS Integrated
Wellness in Fernandina Beach, FL—guiding both individual clients and small groups
through tailored exercise and lifestyle-modification plans.

Before focusing full-time on fitness and coaching, Christina spent over two decades as
an Operations Officer and Task Team Leader at the World Bank—designing and
managing multi-million-dollar education projects across the Middle East, North Africa
and beyond. She has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Memphis,
teaching “Wellness Concepts and Practices” to future health-care professionals.
Whether in the classroom, boardroom or gym, Christina brings a unique blend of global
leadership, evidence-based programming and people-first coaching to every
presentation.
